Sending Love : featuring Stampin Up Window Box Thinlits Dies

Hi there & welcome to my "Fridays in February" blog.

I had not initially decided to make the same box for both blogs this week, I had another idea in mind but while I was putting this together a new design idea emerged and here it is.

The box in this blog is the same as the one I made for Monday, except this one is made using Real Red cardstock.  I used the Sending Love Designer Series Paper Stack as the base so I just stayed with Red and White, with a touch of Gold.

To make the belly band, I cut a piece of whisper white card stock and used the  two of the images from the Window Box Thinilts die set to create the "peek through"  effect.

I used a piece of Gold Foil paper to cut out the hexagon shape, using the Window Boxt thinlit dies.

The heart shape and sentiment is from the Sunshine Wishes Thinlit dies.

This box is the perfect size for 3x3 cards. And to keep the "Love" theme going, I made 4 cards using the Sending Love Designer Series Paper Stack and the Any Occasion stamp set which is FREE with a qualifying order during Sale-A-Bration
