Geared Up Garage By Stampin’ Up!® : StampingMerry Independent Stampin’ Up!®' Demonstrator

Hi there and thanks so much for stopping by my February blog.

This month I am featuring the Classic Garage Suite by Stampin’ Up!®
which is featured on page 42 of the 2019 Occasions Catalogue.

As soon as I saw this set I knew it would be a keeper in my collection. Love the sentiments and the coordinating thinlits dies are really cool.

My Hubby is a car guy so I made him this gift box for his birthday which is this month.

I used a mini pizza box and before I put it together I rang the largest die through the Big Shot using the embossing mat which resulted in just the impression of the die.

Just adds a little bit more texture to the box.

To keep with the car pattern on Classic Garage Designer Series Paper, I stamped the car image in versamark onto black cardstock, then heat embossed with white embossing powder.

I created the belly band by joining two pieces of the Classic Garage Designer Series Paper and fussy cut the sentiment so it would fit in the framelit.

I was happy with how it turned out ... just have to add in the gift now!!
