Stampin' UP! Demonstrator StampingMerry - Cake Soiree Stampin' UP! Stamp Set

Hi there and thanks for stopping by todays blog post. This post features one of the stamps in the Cake Soiree stamp set, which is featured in the new Stampin' UP! Occasions Catalogue.

How lovely is the sentiment on the stamp that I have used! Lets face it, birthdays are for celebrating the wonderful people in our lives.

In these two photos below, I have used the same stamp, but this time embossed the background using a new decorative mask. I added a few drops of Lemon Lime Twist ink to the embossing paste to create a fun background.

The splatter background is just done using the tip of a Stampin Write Marker

Thanks for stopping by today and sharing this blog with me. I really do love the Cake Soiree stamp set and coordinating thinlits.
This flower stamp is so elegant and I could not resist colouring with Stampin Blends.

I used that Scattered Sequins Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder for the base and stamped the sentiment.

I used that same Celebrate stamp for this card and stamped the background imaged with the gift box stamp.

Here is that stamp again, coloured with Stampin Blends and fussy cut.

The framelits dies are so very delicate. The sparkly designer series paper in this Sweet Soiree set is seriously gorgeous.

Ok, sorry for the pun, but my project today features the most adorable Sweet Cake Stamp set and Sweet Cake thinlits dies.

I used the paper from the Tutti Frutti collection as the base. I love the combo of Navy and Silver so that's why I chose to use the Silver Bakers twine.

Navy and Silver are so elegant... and I feel they match the Framelit with the gorgeous detail at the bottom.

In these two examples I have paired them with the Petal Passion Designer Series paper because I really like the black white combo.

I added a pop of colour with flirty flamingo ink and the Tutti-Frutti Adhesive backed sequins.

This set will allow you to create your own cake decoration..minus the calories. Another sweet idea. These framelits are so delicate and perfectly matched.
